Can I supply my own artwork?

Yes of course, but please ensure you provide a PDF as this will ensure the correct layout and colours are printed.

I had 100 made last time, I need another 10, will it be the same price per booklet?

No, I'm afraid not. The initial set up cost has to be included, you then pay for materials and time.

I've had my flyers printed and noticed a mistake, you did send a proof but I didn't see it

Before we print any job, you will be proofed and its at this stage where you should carefully check for any corrections or amendments. We ask that you sign off the proof, any mistakes found after this stage are your responsibility.

Can I come in and talk to you about my printing?

Not a problem, we are open Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm and happy to help.

It's Friday afternoon and I need some exhibition work ready for Monday, is this possible?

At Millbrook we will always do our best to help those very tight deadlines, even at weekends. Please call us as soon as you know and we will see what stock we have and the time needed.

I have a specific colour, a Pantone colour?

Okay, so you need a specific colour for your printing, spot colour printing is what you are after. We are predominantly a digital printer where the colour is matched to 4 colour printing process, in other words instead of a different ink, our inks mix to make the colour. We can offer litho printing, so please call us to discusss your options.
